  • What credit cards are accepted, and can I use PayPal?"
    JR Retro website accepts all major credit and debit cards. We also gladly accept PayPal.
  • Is the site secure?
    We encrypt passwords and use SSL on order submissions. We will not disclose your email address or any other address shared in the purchase process or by the contact form to anyone or any mail list. This information will be kept confidential.
  • Can I get a copy of your Terms and Conditions?
    The Terms and Conditions are listed on our site and are available while placing an order online. You may print the Terms and Conditions of Purchased Products if you require a hard copy.
  • Can I cancel an order if it has not already shipped?
    If you need to cancel an order, you should go to the contact page and submit your request. You can cancel an order up to 48 hours after the order is placed.
  • What is your return policy, and how do I go about returning an item?"
    All sales have a guarantee that if you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item for a full refund within a 14-day time limit. Buyer pays return postage. More informaiton can be found here.
  • How much are the shipping charges on my order?
    Shipping charges will depend on the destination country. The total shipping charges will be displayed on our review purchase page. All shipments within the USA are free!
  • Will I have to pay taxes on my shipments?
    Yes, you will have to pay all applicable taxes for the state or country in which you reside. Taxes will be shown on the review purchase page.
  • How do I know if you received my order?
    You will receive an order acknowledgment email if you decide to share that information with us. If you do not share your email address, you will have to request an acknowledgment using the contact page.
  • How do I contact customer service?
    You can contact customer service by going to the contact page and submitting your concern there. We will answer within 24 hours.
